SUPPORT
Personal Guidance & Mentorship
SUPPORTING YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
The Mentor Programme pairs you with a mentor who provides encouragement, guidance, and accountability to help you maintain momentum in your job search.
Together, you’ll agree on how the mentoring relationship works, set goals, plan next steps, and stay supported between sessions to keep your progress on track.
Stay On Track With A Mentor
The Mentor Programme provides one-on-one support to help you maintain momentum in your job search. You’ll be matched with a mentor who checks in on your progress, encourages you, and helps you plan your next steps.
Each session lasts around 1 hour, and you’ll work together to decide how the mentoring relationship will operate, including any activities or homework between meetings.
This service is for women who already have job search tools but want support to use them effectively. You can self-refer or ask your support service to refer you.
